RETURNS POLICY

  

Sometimes products need to be returned due to faults or other reasons. Please read the below information regarding our returns policy.

 


Your Rights under the Australian Consumer Law - Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

 


We accept your return or exchange if the goods have quality issue. Prior authorisation of the Seller must be obtained before returning any goods. All returns must be accompanied by the original delivery invoice and “Authorisation for return” number quoted. Goods must be in new condition in their original boxes. Goods must be returned by our nominated carrier within 14 days of invoice.

 


Returns and exchanges are not available for change of mind.
